Jackie Baxter
I help people to find their way back to wellness through a mixture of breathing and nervous system practices, emotional regulation, and helping people to reconnect with themselves to live a life that feels truly aligned.
Whether you are navigating a health challenge or feel stuck, having someone on your team can feel like a lifeline.
Through my own Long Covid recovery journey, I learned the importance of holding space, validation, empathy as well as practical tools, structure and accountability.
I know how lonely and impossible recovery can feel. I want you to know that healing is possible and that things can get better.
My Journey
I have had my own recovery journey from Long Covid, so I have a true understanding of how difficult it can be to face a health challenge that leaves you isolated, misunderstood and without answers or support.
Having got my own health back, I felt called to help others who are still struggling to find what works for them; being who I needed when I was unwell.

If....
-
You’re navigating recovery from Long Covid, ME/CFS, Burnout or another long‑term health challenge.
-
You feel stuck and frustrated
-
You’re thoughtful, curious, and hungry for meaning — even in the middle of exhaustion.
-
You want clarity that feels safe and hopeful, not clinical.
-
You want support that honours your lived experience, not overrides it.
-
You need a gentle space to feel heard and re-connect with yourself
-
You want change but don't know where to begin
....let's talk
"Jackie was a terrific breathing coach. She combined technical expertise with genuine warmth in her approach, and her knowledge and wisdom about holistic aspects of healing was invaluable. I find the breathing exercises extremely calming, exactly what a nervous system in revolt needs! Thank you, Jackie!"

"I am really glad I found Jackie and Long COVID Breathing. Getting Long COVID has been so tough but she has made it a little more bearable. I love her emergency breathing exercises for when I panic. She is also just so lovely as a human, and after meeting with so many stuck-up doctors who refused to help me she was just so refreshing. I find that when you like the person teaching and feel relaxed with them, it helps you breathe better too and get the full benefits of the exercise. And I think you will like Jackie."
